This might seem like a pretty bold statement…especially if you’re used to feeling like you have very little control over your life. Can you really change your world, just by changing your thoughts? And if so, then why aren’t more people living their ideal life? Here’s a few questions to ask yourself, to see what may be holding you back…
#1- Do you take time to consider the thoughts running through your head…or do you tend to live your life by default? Do you often feel like you’re just “going through the motions”?
#2 – Do you take responsibility for what you’ve created? Or do you find yourself blaming others? Do you have a “victim mentality”?
#3 – Are you a slave to your habits? Do you resort to doing what is comfortable…even if it brings undesirable results?
My challenge to you is to take some time to really consider these questions & to write down your thoughts. You can’t change your thoughts if you never stop to think about them & the effect they are having on your life.
